This Middle Eastern potato dish is packed with flavor, and you will become instantly obsessed! The combination of the herbs and spices makes this a dish that you will be dreaming about for years to come!
We love this dish as a side with just about any protein or dressed up to be the main dish. We have enjoyed these potatoes with our tofu kebabs, and we have had them as a main with chicken and a salad. You can't go wrong with any combination.
