This Middle Eastern potato dish is packed with flavor, you will become instantly obsessed! The combination of the herbs and spices make this a dish that you will be dreaming about for years to come!
We love this dish as a side with just about any protein or dressed up to be the main dish. We have enjoyed this potatoes with our tofu kebabs and we have had it as a main with chicken and a salad. You cant go wrong with any combination.

GLUTEN FREE - DAIRY FREE - VEGAN RECIPE
Potato Ingredients:
- 6 gold potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 1 lime
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1 cup parsley
- 1 cup dill
- salt and pepper to taste
GLUTEN FREE - DAIRY FREE - VEGAN - LOW FODMAP RECIPE
Potato Ingredients:
- 6 gold potatoes
- 3 tbsp garlic-infused olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 1 lime
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1 cup parsley
- 1 cup dill
- salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Potato Instructions:
- Peel potatoes and boil for 10 minutes until cooked through but firm.
- Drain and let cool briefly then cut into bite sized pieces
- Heat oil in a pan and stir in garlic, red pepper flakes and coriander. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add turmeric and juice of 1 lime and mix.
- Toss in the potatoes and mix well.
- Add in half of your cilantro, parsley, and dill and cook for another 4 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper as desired.
- Remove from heat and add the remaining herbs and give it a good mix.
- Enjoy!
